We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed, we will not accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for underwear and swimwear. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If We Shipped The Wrong Item
Toy and Tee take special care to ship the right products to our customers, but now and then mistakes can happen. If we shipped you the incorrect item(s), and you ship the returned item(s) back in their original packaging and condition, we will refund you the full purchase price of the item(s), as well as the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If You Purchased The Wrong Item, Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind
We are pleased to offer the option of exchanging your item or providing a refund, as long as the returned item(s) meet the following criteria: they must be returned in their original packaging, in "as-new" condition, and should not show signs of being washed, worn, or stained.
Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item(s) to us. In the case of an exchange, a nominal fee may be applied to cover the shipping of the replacement item, as well as any price difference, if applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
