SPECIAL DEALS

There's love in the air. Gory, Red love.

We love miniature wargaming. We love miniatures. We love gluing our fingers together trying to assemble miniatures, painting them to an above table standard, waging battles on the tabletop; the whole nine yards. We love all sorts of tabletop games, that's why we will carry them in our store. But, there are some great products that we don't offer, that you can find on Amazon right now, at a decent discount.

We took the liberty of searching for some of these great deals, and we thought we'd compile them in a neat list below. So check them out, and don't miss out on these great deals.

Games Workshop Warhammer 40,000 Necrons Warriors and Paints Set - 34% OFF

The Games Workshop Warhammer 40,000 Necrons Warriors and Paints Set is a perfect starter set to get you rolling on painting your new Necrons army. What's great about this kit is it provides you with the basic pants that you need to paint these amazing miniatures, as well as a few sample Necron Warriors models to try out different color schemes on. Once you settle on a look, you can expand your paint selection, and do your Necrons up properly. Also, you get 34% off, not bad!

Vallejo Basic USA Colors Paint Set, 17ml, Assorted Colors - 63% OFF

Vallejo is known for being the top dog when it comes to miniature paint quality. This kit contains all of the basic colors you would need for just about any project, at 63% off. That's nuts! This paint is highly pigmented, and a favorite among serious miniature painters. This is model color, not game color (shown below), but model color still works well with miniatures (obviously). Be sure to nab this quickly before it's gone.

Acylicos Vallejo - 72299 - Acrylic 16 Colors for Fantasy Figures - 45% OFF

I recently bought this from Amazon, had had to share it with you miniature painters out there. This stuff is amazing for layer paint. As I said above, Vallejo is the standard when it comes to premium miniatures paints. The kit I received contained all of the basic colors I would say a beginner needs (though it would be ideal to add more colors so you don't have to mix so much). My only, minor complaint about this kit was the paints in the bottles were slightly thick, so they require a little watering down (which is typical for all paints, so what am I saying?). What a great find.

Star Wars Armada CORE SET - %15 OFF

As if you needed another miniatures game to get into... of course you do! Star Wars Armada, the big spaceship battle game is currently %15 off on Amazon! Now, I know what you're thinking, "I don't have time to paint any more miniatures!". Well, if you've been living under a rock for the past few years, you probably didn't know that these miniatures come pre-painted! So this is a ready-to-play gaming experience right out of the box, for a good price. Check it out!

Warlord Black Powder Epic Battles American Civil War Starter Set - 13% OFF

Here I am yet again, trying to get you into another miniatures range. But this range is very cool. Warlord Game's American Civil War miniatures are small scale, which makes for an amazingly epic battle feel on the tabletop, so this box is perfect for an all-in-one Civil War diorama. This boxed set also comes with the Black Powder rulebook (the current edition), so you can actually recreate these battles (and battles from many other periods and scales) right away. If you set your mind on painting these armies though, you'll have a big task on your hands. This box contains a gargantuan amount of 15mm military figures. I took a stab at painting some units myself, it was rather fun.

Vallejo Grey Primer Acrylic Polyurethane, 200ml - 36% OFF

There are so many awesome Vallejo products on sale right now. I have yet to make this purchase, but I could see this product as being a part of my zenithal airbrushing toolkit. It's not quite white, but it's a lighter color that could give room for white edging on the model. If you don't know what zenithal airbrushing is, you definitely need to youtube that, it's an amazing way to get a bunch of models done. I used this technique on the Civil War miniatures above, and it saves a lot of time.

The Army Painter Wargamers Mega Paint Set - Miniature Painting Kit - 20% OFF

The Army Painter Mega Paint Set features 50 warpaints including washes, metallics, and a couple of effects paints. The Army Painter's Warpaints are a polarizing product, as some people swear by them, and some people hate them. Personally, I have used them, and find the washes to be perhaps the best on the market. The Warpaints Acrylics can be hit-and-miss, mainly because, as you probably have heard by now, the pigment settles at the bottom of the bottle after a while. It's annoying to mix, but I have a vortex mixer for that. I would certainly consider buying mixing balls if you purchase this product.

As far as the colors available, The Army Painter offers the widest range of colors commonly found in game stores. The color range is so good that you can paint just about anything without the need for mixing too many paints together. That is, of course, my opinion. Overall a great deal, and 20% off.

VEVOR Vortex Mixer, 3000rpm Mini Vortex Mixer Shaker - COOL ITEM

OK, so this item isn't on sale right now on Amazon, but it's been an item that I have been using for a year now and I still love it. Honestly, if you're going to use thicker paints like The Army Painter Warpaints, or if you notice that pigments settle at the bottom of your Citadel Contrast Paint pots, this thing is a lifesaver. When I was in the market for a vortex mixer, I found that there were a bunch out there of varying costs. I pulled the trigger on the moderately priced one, and it does everything I need it to do. It certainly saves my wrist the strain of shaking older paints, and it restored most of my old paint bottles after just a minute or so of using its crazy shaking powers. This isn't on sale, but I felt I had to mention it.

I hope this list helps you find some great deals on miniature wargaming products!
